Common Questions
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for most services. For high-demand dates (prom season, holidays, weekends) we suggest booking 4–8 weeks ahead to secure your date.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. We accept Credit Card, PayPal, and Zelle. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date. See individual service cancellation policies above.
Yes! We serve Miami and all surrounding areas. A travel fee may apply for locations outside the Miami metro area. Include your event location in the booking form and we'll factor it into your quote.
Absolutely. All of our services can be combined and customized. Select "Other / Custom Quote" in the service dropdown and describe what you're looking for — we'll put together a tailored proposal.
Edited photos and videos are delivered via a private online gallery within the agreed turnaround time. Photo booth galleries are delivered the next day. Rush delivery is available upon request.
