All applications will be reviewed and applicants will be interviewed.

Do you believe you possess the qualities needed to serve as a team leader?

We are looking for spirited, balanced, and mature individuals that model high Islamic character on a daily basis to serve as our team leaders. Your leadership and sincere advice on growing up Muslim in America will provide a positive example for our participants. The primary role of the team leader is to model high character, while motivating the youth to remain active, attentive, and mindful of proper behavior throughout the weekend. Each team leader is responsible for 7 participants. We strive to keep the team leader to youth ratio low in order to allow the team leader to work more closely with each participant.
