This privacy policy covers Parafruit treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you are on our site, and when you use our services. This policy also applies to Parafruit treatment of any personally identifiable information that our business partners share with us. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to people that we do not employ or manage.
Information Collection and Use.
We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit or use our pages. We may also receive personally identifiable information from our business partners. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested.
We may use this information for three general purposes: to customize the content you see, to fulfill your requests for certain services and information, and to contact you.
Information Sharing and Disclosure.
We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. We will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

[5] we find that your actions on our web sites violate the above terms of service, or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.
Stock Graphics.
Parafruit does not sell or resell stock graphics or photography for any purpose other than that of offering its clients the option of selecting a background or photograph for use in the design of a flyer printed with Parafruit.com. The flyers are intended strictly for immediate distribution and are not expected to have a long circulation life, nor are the graphics to be used in the printing of other non-flyer related marketing collateral.

None of the content contained herein may be reproduced in any medium without the express written consent of the appropriate author(s) or companies. All items represented herein are works for hire that may or may not have had design origination from within Parafruit. Items represented that feature either known brands or registered trademarks are copyright and/or trademarked by their respective authors, agencies, or represented companies. The Photography that is featured is reproduced for hire and as such Parafruit assumes no responsibility for any copyright infringement that may exist due to the owners or clients negligence of the law. Most of the flyers featured are either designed for or printed with an anticipated circulation lifespan of three days. The nature of the business and its high volume, quick turnaround policies does not afford pkgraphics the luxury of verifying against any infringements of either copyright or trademark law. It is expressed and assumed that the client be fully aware of these laws when issuing work for print and that as such assumes full responsibility for any such infringements upon initial deposit on a work for hire.
ALL REPRINT JOBS WILL BE REPRINTED AT OUR COST BUT WILL BE SHIPPED AT THE MOST AFFORDABLE COST TO US, FASTER SHIPPING OPTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THE CLIENT BUT WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT. IF THE CLIENT CHOOSES NOT TO EXCERCISE THIS OPTION Parafruit MAY SHIP THE JOB IN WHATEVER METHOD IS THE MOST AFFORDABLE. REASONABLE SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES WILL BE CONSIDERED AND IN NO CASE WOULD DELIVERY OF A REPRINT EXCEED A WEEK.
Parafruit WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY MISPRINTS OR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM A MISPRINT, Parafruit WILL AT MOST REPLACE THE DOLLAR COST OF A JOB AND ITS SHIPPING.

NOTE: Parafruit.com prints gang run jobs unless otherwise stated. Color Critical jobs must be submitted clearly noted as Color Critical, and must be accompanied by a request for Color Proof or MatchPrint. Color Proofs are not included in our base cost schedule and will incur an additional charge. Printing prices for a dedicated press run will also vary from those advertised on this web site. Please take special care to clearly indicate a job as Color Critical so that special attention can be given to that job. PKG will not be liable for color variations which are common when printing gang runs unless a JOB is clearly identified as Color Critical from the onset.
I UNDERSTAND THAT SLIGHT COLOR VARIATIONS WILL OCCUR. I understand that if my job is color critical, I must purchase a Matchprint© or other color proof to guarantee precise color and that the use of a Matchprint© will delay my job a minimum of 72 hours. I have read the job specs and prepared my file according to the guidelines specified.
